Low-Price Guarantee

Buy by the Case and Save

The only units we sell in are case-packs. The price listed for the bulbs are the price per bulb when purchased in the quantity of the case pack. By selling in volume we're able to offer significant discounts. The minimum order allowed for bulb orders is $50. Orders of Linear Track, Track Heads or Track Accessories must total $75 minimum.

48 Hour Order Processing

We ship most orders within 48 hours from our convenient Mid-Atlantic locations. Please allow approximately two weeks for delivery of Linear Track, Track Heads and Track Accessories. In the event that you pay for your order by check, we reserve the right to await clearance of the funds prior to shipping.

Lightbulbdirect.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order irrespective of an order confirmation and/or limit quantities of any order. All orders are subject to acceptance by Lightbulbdirect.com's credit department.

And by setting up a Customer Account and making use of our Bulb Replenishment Reminders, the resupply process will be quick, easy and accurate.

Shipping and Handling

We offer free shipping on all orders $75.00 and above (any applicable state tax not included). Orders that fall below the $75.00 Free Shipping threshold, get charged a $5.95 flat-rate shipping fee (per order, not per item).

Orders $30.00 and below also have a $5.00 inimum Order Fee added to their order total.

Here are some shipping fee examples:

• An order whose total is $29.99 or below, would pay the $5.95 shipping fee plus the $5.00 Minimum Order Fee (a $10.95 total fee for the order, not per item)
• An order whose total is $30.00 - $74.99 would just pay a $5.95 shipping fee (for the whole order, not per item)
• All orders $75.00 and above receive Free Shipping (any size order)

We ship to anywhere in the contiguous 48 States (Alaska and Hawaii orders must contact us to arrange shipping).

Return Policy

All returns must be approved in writing by Lightbulbdirect.com, Inc.. Unauthorized returns will be returned at the customer's expense. In the unlikely event of a damaged or defective bulb, Lightbulbdirect.com Inc. will replace or refund the cost of the bulb(s) at our discretion. Notification of Lightbulbdirect.com, Inc. of damaged or defective bulbs is required within 72 hours of receipt. Any request for returns not the fault of Lightbulbdirect.com, at our discretion, is subject to a 30% restocking fee..

Warranty

We warranty all lighting products (excluding light bulbs) for 12 months from date of purchase to be free of manufacturing defects. Products that prove to be defective will be replaced or refunded after examination by our company. Lighting products that have been installed incorrectly or mis-handled are not covered by this warranty.

Business to Business

The market we aim to serve, first and foremost, is the business community. That's why we only sell in case-pack quantities which are usually more appropriate to business level lighting needs.

Of course, individual consumers are also welcome to benefit from the terrific discounts we offer on volume purchasing. Do understand however that the quantities are case-packs, the price of which is the individual bulb or track item price multiplied by the number of bulbs or items per case-pack, and the minimum total order is $50 for bulbs and $75 for orders including track items.

Minimum Order Fee

Orders that do not reach a 30.00 minimum (sales tax and handling fees not included) will have a $5.00 Minimum Order Fee added to them during checkout.  Orders of $30.00 or more are exempt from this fee.

A Word about Taxes

As you may know, taxes do not apply to Internet commerce transactions except if the buyer and merchant share the same state. If you are a NJ based business like we are, you will be asked to enter your reseller ID in order to be properly exempted from State tax obligations. Only if you do not have a verifiable reseller ID will you be charged NJ State sales tax (7%).

Customer Accounts

After you've shopped at Lightbulbdirect.com and you're on your way to checkout you'll be asked whether you would like to setup a customer account with us. We've established this service specifically for the business level buyer who doesn't have time to fill in their shipping and billing information each time they want to resupply.

When you setup an account with us, you establish a username and password that is associated with the shipping and billing information that you've provided us. On your next visit to Lightbulbdirect.com when you enter that username and password your shipping and billing addresses will be filled out already, leaving only your Credit Card or Check info for input. With a customer account you also have the option of utilizing our convenient Bulb Replenishment E-mail Reminder Service (below).

If you lose your password, don't worry, we'll send a copy of it, at your request, to the e-mail you've provided in your account. You can change or remove your account info at any time and not have to worry about your privacy - the information you provide will never be shared with a third party. You may login to your existing account here.

Bulb Replenishment Reminders

In order to help automate your bulb replenishment process we've established an e-mail notification system that automatically contacts you when your bulb reserves begin to dwindle. Once you've set up a Customer Account and ordered from us we will send you an e-mail reminder after an appropriate period of time has passed which includes links to the exact bulbs you bought in your last visit. Follow the links in this e-mail and you can replenish your supplies in just a few mouse-clicks!

With Lightbulbdirect.com's automation features you'll never find yourself in the dark again!

If you're not interested in this feature you can, of course, opt out of it. Upon receipt of your first reminder e-mail just click the opt-out link and you will be permanently removed from our reminder list. In order to opt back in you would need to setup a new Customer Account that uses a different Login name.
